Gold is over bought in euro terms but, a wonderful buying opportunity exists in the period between now and August on the back of the seasonality of the yellow metal.

This is the view of Frank Holmes, CEO and CIO at US Global Investors, who told Mineweb that the yellow metal is "due for correction in euro terms. In dollar terms it's not so you have to take a look at it from the perspective - am I a European, am I an American, am I an Asian - and as an investor not many people would take a look at the whole global scene."
