At the IPO planned for the second quarter of 2009, Samba Minerals is aiming to raise additional capital in order to develop its projects of its shares at Aud$0.20 or equivalent.
Brazil is believed to be politically and geologically one of the promising countries for the development of mineral resources. Experts compare the situation in the South American country to Australia some 40 years ago.
