Mr. Jacobs studied at the Technical lnstitute in Heerten and holds a Degree in Engineering. He followed several specialty training and courses, to become a licensed European Property Manager. He is a certified appraiser by the Court in the Netherlands.

He worked as Managing Director in a building Construction company and built several projects internationally.

At the end of the 80´s he started working as Asset Manager and has built up a large portfolio of clients, managing several hundreds  of million Euro worth of assets. For a number of years he has assisted MJM Asset Management with its business development before co-founding Genesis Capital Management Ltd.
