Dr. Waldemar Mueller

is a geologist with over 27 years of experience in geological exploration and mineral economics in Kazakhstan, including: geological and special mapping, research and economic evaluation, investment estimation and management.
He currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Kiintas Mining Management PTY Ltd in Perth, Western Australia. Kiintas Mining Management PTY Ltd is a consulting firm which provides a broad range of services for mining and petroleum companies seeking business opportunities in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Dr. Mueller is a specialist in hydrothermal volcanogenic deposits of precious and base metals and their relationship to hydrocarbon migration and mineralization ("black-shale-formations"). He is exceptionally well familiar with gold deposits and oil-gas fields of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. He has examined gold deposits in Brazil, the Check Republic, Norway, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia and is extensively experienced in the application of the latest geochemical and geophysical methods.
Dr Mueller has authored and co-authored 26 scientific publications including articles, papers, geologic maps and critical reviews.

Ing. Peter Jacobs

studied at the Technical lnstitute in Heerten and holds a Degree in Engineering. He followed several specialty training and courses, to become a licensed European Property Manager. He is a certified appraiser by the Court in the Netherlands.
He worked as Managing Director in a building Construction company and built several projects internationally.
At the end of the 80´s he started working as Asset Manager and has built up a large portfolio of clients, managing several hundreds  of million Euro worth of assets. For a number of years he has assisted MJM Asset Management with its business development before co-founding Genesis Capital Management Ltd.

Dr. Martin Oczlon , Ph.D. Geo - Exploration Manager

Dr. Martin Oczlon was born 1963, is German and has over 15 years experience as a professional in minerals exploration. From 1992 to 1999, he worked with BHP (now BHPBilliton) as a project geologist in Eastern Europe and Southwest Asia. On the Reko Diq porphyry copper project in Pakistan, he planned and drilled the discovery hole in the H4 Complex, which is now developed to become a large copper mine.  Following BHP’s corporate restructuring in 1999, Martin acquired from BHP a very large copper-gold exploration license perimeter in Romania (> 2500 km2) for a private company. This project was successfully operated and sold in early 2002, during the industry market-depression period, with a net 200 % profit on the investment. Martin then focused his interests on Turkey, where he acquired high-potential, precious and base metal exploration projects for Aldridge Minerals Inc.  He became a director of Aldridge in January, 2003. Throughout his tenure as a professional, his incorporation of pro-active, safety management has given him a 100 % accident-free safety track record. Beyond his activities in the industry, Martin compiled the “Terrane Map of Europe”, which has been published in October 2006. In addition to Martin’s native German, he has fluent to colloquial language levels in English, French, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, and Bulgarian.
