2.) The Basic stand

Regulation of exhibition place with white Octanorm construction. Minimal order is 12m². Price: 70€/m2. At payment in advance you get 10% discount.

Realization of exhibition place includes next works and services:

• 3D picture outline sketches and making of forming project;
• Laying of floor deposit Expopirs in grey colour, protection with PVC foil to delivery of exhibition place
• Setting up the stand with construction Octanorm in white colour, the build of white walls
• Equipment of the exhibition part of the place – high or low showcase, landings, ledges for exhibits
• Equipment of the commercial part of place – low table and 4 chairs
• Fitting of the information desk, ledge for brochures on desk or on the wall
• Placing of indication board on the ceiling
• Making of basic graphics – neckline of sign of company from solely adhesive foil and gluing on indication board;
• Lighting of exhibition place with floodlights 150 W HQI;
• Basket for garbage
• Cleaning of exhibition place before delivery;
• Dismantling

For ordering the additional elements, that are not listed here, or for complete offer of planning and the realization of the equipment of your exhibition place, turn to the leader of organisation of conference. Fixed elements of the equipment proportionally increase with the exhibition place. Exhibitor gets the picture of exhibition to confirmation on his E-mail.

VAT is not included in the price and it has to be payed by the exhibitor! We are confirming the service conditions and we are confessing them irrevocably and accepting it like content of report. THE TERMS OF USE FOR THE EQUIPPED PLACE AND THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1.) The order
Exhibitor - the client orders the services with correctly and whole fulfilled order form
Exhibitor - the client must hand over the order to the performer till 10th september.
Exhibitor – the client orders with the confirmation of the order form the services irrevocably and he agrees with performer's conditions .
The client is obligated with the order to pay all services, per price list which is added on the order form and in time period, that will be listed on the bill.
The condition for the execution of the order is correctly and entirelly fulfiled order form.

2.) The notice of order
In case of notice of order of exhibition place and of addtitional services in time period less than 21 days, the client is obligated to pay the 20% of price of order. In case, that the notice of the order comes in less than 7 days, is the client obligated to pay 50% of the value ordered.

3.) Conditions of payment
The client gets pro-forma invoice 14 days before the congress in preview, that he checks carefully. In case of irregularity can he in the time period of 8 days also complain. If the client agrees with all specifications, listed on pro-forma invoice, is the bill sent to him at the end of the congress, that he is obligated to pay in time period, that is listed on the bill.

4.) The takeover conditions
The takeover of the ordered settle the exhibitor – client and representative performer at latest 10 hours before the beginning of the event. .

5.) The performer is obligated to hand over the cleaned exhibition place and the equipment .

6.) In case of any problems and for solving them is the district court in Kranj competent.
